How Does One Get A Pinched Nerve?

One common cause of a pinched nerve is a herniated disc, also known as bulging disk or slipped disk. Soft disks act as cushions between your vertebrae. At times, these disks become damaged and when they become inflamed they swell and press on nerves, which leads to pain.
